Synopsis
Bright Star is a heartfelt, bluegrass-style musical by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, inspired by a true story. Set in the American South, the sweeping story jumps between the 1920s and 1940s to follow Alice Murphy, a successful magazine editor whose life is profoundly changed when she meets a young, ambitious soldier returning from World War II
